Join us for the annual ride honoring the memory of Carter Butts! Always on the third Saturday of October (Oct 17, 2026) and formerly in conjunction with Fair on the Square, riders receive full route support and an event t-shirt. Enjoy a BBQ lunch after the ride back at the Old Stewart County Jail (1813 Broad Street, Lumpkin GA, 31815).

NEW: 50-Mile Gravel Route!

Based on a trial run in 2025, this alternate 50-mile dirt road loop is unmarked but utilizes the same rest stops as the paved routes. The unpaved sections are hard packed, with some sand or mud dependent upon recent weather impacts. (SAG Support provided only on paved sections.)

$40 Advance Registration ($45 after Sept 16; $50 after Oct 16)
On-site registration begins at 8:00 am. Ride begins at 9:00 am.
